GENERAL DESCRIPTION
● High performance aluminum (ADC12) die-casting lamp heatsink with good thermal conductivity.
● Aluminum heatsink processed by Akzo Nobel-branded powder coating or DuPont powder coating with high temperature bakingafter polishing, cleaning, oil removal, repairing, sandblasting ,with clear and gloss surface and strong corrosion resistance.
● The chip bottom of heat conducting surface processed by CNC machine to be smooth after powder coated, make theSMD/COB plate and heatsink surface to be coincided with better heat conducting and heat dissipating.
● Built -in aluminum reflector by anodized, light is more soft and well-distributed.
● Use 5mm glass with 700℃ high temperature toughening treatment with high impact resistance.
● 100% of exposed screws on the outside of lamp are used 304# stainless steel .pass 48 hours salt-spray test.
