GENERAL DESCRIPTION
● High performance aluminum (ADC12) die-casting lamp heatsink with good thermal conductivity.
●Aluminum heatsink processed by Akzo Nobel-branded powder coating or DuPont powder coating with high temperature baking after polishing, cleaning, oil removal, repairing, sandblasting ,with clear and gloss surface and strong corrosion resistance.
● The chip bottom of heat conducting surface processed by CNC machine to be smooth after powder coated, make the Philip assembled SMD plate and heatsink surface to be coincided with better heat conducting and heat dissipating.
● Using 4mm PC plastic cover, high transmittance, light intensity is more soft.
●100% of exposed screws on the outside of lamp are used 304# stainless steel .pass 48 hours salt- spray test.
