GENERAL DESCRIPTION
● High performance aluminum (ADC12) die-casting lamp heatsink with good thermal conductivity.
● Aluminum heatsink housing using Akzo Nobel powder coating or DuPont powder coating with high temperature baking processed after polishing, cleaning, oil removal, repairing, sandblasting ,with clear and gloss surface and strong corrosion resistance.
● Use CNC machining process the chip bottom of heat conducting surface to be smooth after heatsink powder coated, make the COB and heatsink surface to be coincided with better heat conducting and heat dissipating.
● Light luminous surface using high-definition glass lens, the light will be efficiency gathered around 140 degrees left and right, 75 degrees back and front, with more stronger light penetration.
● 100% of exposed screws on the outside of lamp are used 304# stainless steel .pass 48 hours salt spray test.
