GENERAL DESCRIPTION
● High performance aluminum (ADC12) die-casting lamp heatsink with good thermal conductivity.
● Aluminum heatsink processed by Akzo Nobel powder coating or DuPont powder coating with high temperature baking after polishing,cleaning, oil removal, repairing, sandblasting ,with clear and gloss surface and strong corrosion resistance.
● The chip bottom of heat conducting surface processed by CNC machine to be smooth after powder coated, make the CREE assembled SMD plate and heatsink surface to be coincided with better heat conducting and heat dissipating.
● Light emitting surface using high-definition PC lens, the light will be gathered around 140 degrees left and right, 70 degrees back and front, with more stronger light penetration.
● 100% of exposed screws on the outside of lamp are used 304# stainless steel .pass 48 hours salt-spray test.
